A perfect complement to the Scuderia Fabbro Bottle opener: the Scuderia Fabbro Cutting Board. Finely crafted, solid wood dovetailed onto a machined aluminum handle. Small groove around the perimeter to collect juice and a holding spot for unfinished lemons, limes, or whatever other fruit might adorn your glass. Includes magnetic knife rest. An ideal design for slicing fruit, setting up cheeseboards, and starting conversations.

Designed and fabricated in Upstate NY. Dovetailed design to avoid having fasteners or glues, and to be able to detach the two pieces for cleaning if needed.

Hand wash only. Apply appropriate food safe oil/finish (such as butcher-block oil) as needed; should be applied 1-2 times per year depending on use and conditions. Shipped pre-oiled and ready to use.
