TIG Pedal Buggy Kit (Weld-It-Yourself)
Stop dragging, pulling, and kicking your TIG pedal around. You look ridiculous. This complete kit will set you up with a stainless steel pedal buggy to easily roll around your workbench while hammering out your next project. This is a Weld-It-Yourself kit that comes with everything you need, except the TIG pedal and an ability to weld.
Do you NEED a pedal buggy? No. Will it likely extend the life of your pedal and its sensitive electronic components? Probably. Does it look cool? Yeah. And it truly does make it easier to roll your pedal around. It’s designed to work with standard TIG (corded) pedals for popular red and blue machines. It will also work with similarly sized rheostat pedals that are commonly used in metalworking equipment.
The TIG pedal buggy kit is made from sturdy 1/8” 304 stainless steel plate and features a tab-and-slot construction to make assembly as foolproof as possible. It comes with literally everything you need to put your buggy together, except for the TIG pedal itself. If you’ve never welded stainless before, this is a great way to dip your toes in the water.

Pedal buggy with four (4) locking casters to easily roll your pedal around the shop floor
Casters provide ground clearance for the buggy to straddle table legs and extension cords
Locking casters mean you can put the brakes on to keep your buggy still when needed
Grip tape on the baseplate provides extra stability to keep pedal from sliding inside the puggy
Machined aluminum toe hook makes it easy to pick up and move your pedal around; eliminating the need to pick it up or pull it by the cord
Machined aluminum brake bar makes it easy to quickly lock the two rear wheels with one foot, if desired
All aluminum and stainless construction make the pedal buggy corrosion resistant for years of use
Sturdy 1/8” (0.125”) plate construction
Tab-and-slot design on the main pieces for easy fit-up
Relief cuts in both side rails for pedal cord
Integrated toe hook mounts in side rails
Inside Dimensions: 6.75” Wide x 15.25” L x 8.75” H (height is from top of baseplate to bottom of toe hook)

Kit includes:
1/8” thick 304 stainless steel baseplate (1), side rails (2), front (1) and rear (1) gate
One (1) machined 6061-T6 toe hook (raw aluminum) with two (2) stainless steel mounting bolts (1/4-20)
One (1) machined 6061-T6 brake bar (raw aluminum) with two (2) stainless steel set screws (1/4-20)
Four (4) locking casters with four (4) nylon lock nuts
One (1) 3D printed cable tie down block with one (1) cable tie
One (1) Pre-cut adhesive backed grip tape
Two (2) 18” long pieces of ER308/308L TIG welding filler rod

Use caution when inserting cable through holes/sides - being careful not to cut or strip the insulation from the pedal connection cable. If bare wire is exposed on the pedal cable, STOP, do not use pedal with buggy (or, honestly, at all).
The pedal buggy rolls (duh). Use caution when operating, lock in place to prevent undesired or unsafe rolling or slipping
Do not use pedal buggy as a roller skate, skateboard, or other vehicle
Do not stand on pedal buggy
Do not use pedal buggy for purposes other than the express intended purpose
Do not be a dope

In the event that any of the following defects slip through, please contact us via email to let us know and determine a resolution. We are not liable for damage to your pedal, welder, equipment, electrical components, ego, marriage, or person resulting from use, assembly, or construction of this product.
Kit is guaranteed against manufacturer defect(s) only in an unwelded, unmodified condition, including but not limited to:
Missing pieces or components
Broken pieces or components damaged from shipping (not including scratches or dings)
