We always heard people say that they love our style, but they aren’t into riding. So we came up with something that had all of the qualities of any part we made, but was an item that anyone could use: a bottle opener. Machined in-house from a 6061 T6 aluminum billet, the bottle opener features an ergonomic design and can be used to pop tops on both bottles and cans.

Each opener is machined in-house, and then inspected for quality before being placed into a hand charred pine box, where it is labeled with the date of manufacture and the batch number.

Warranty Information

Fabbro Industries, LLC (“Supplier”) warrants to the original end user customer of its bottle opener(s) (“Products”) that its Products are free from defects in material and workmanship. Supplier warrants to the original end user of its Products that Products that are damaged during use will be replaced. Supplier will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by Supplier on an exchange basis, and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new. If Supplier is unable to repair or replace the product, it will refund the current value of the product at the time the warranty claim is made. This limited lifetime warranty does not cover any damage to any Product that results from improper installation, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, repair, or modification. This limited lifetime warranty does not apply to improper installations of Products that result in peeling or bubbling of Products. This limited lifetime warranty does not apply to any Products on which the original identification information has been altered, obliterated or removed, has not been handled or packaged correctly, has been sold as second-hand or has been resold contrary to applicable law. This limited lifetime warranty covers only repair, replacement or refund for defective Products or for Products that are damaged during use, not including damage deemed to be, at Supplier’s discretion, normal wear and tear. Supplier is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, (i) any costs associated with removing or installing Supplier’s Products, (ii) damage to Products resulting from normal use, wear, and tear, (iii) damages or claims to damages resulting from improper use of Products or (iv) damages or claims to damages resulting from use of Products in a manner or than intended. Licensee/Reseller shall obtain Proof of purchase from the original end user in order to request warranty service. Licensee/Reseller shall have no claim for warranty service without Proof of Purchase from the original end user. Supplier reserves the right to change the terms of the limited lifetime warranty at any time and without prior notice.

Return, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

We encourage you to make smart buying decisions. We take great time & care to design, develop, and produce our products to the highest quality possible so that you can enjoy them for many years to come. Each item goes through a QC process before leaving our facility. In the event that you received a damaged item, please view our exchange information below.

We think you’ll be overwhelmed with joy when you receive a product from us. If for some unfortunate reason you are underwhelmed, we will first be sad. But then we will accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags (if applicable) still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received. We do not accept returns for custom or customized items, or items that have been used, installed, or damaged.

If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 10 (ten) days of the date you received your item. We reserve the right to accept or deny requests for return, exchange, or refund at our discretion based on the conditions in our policies posted here. If we deny your request for a return, we will notify you via email and include our reasoning.

Return Process

Do not send your item back to us without receiving a prior authorization. We need time to prepare mentally for the rejection you are serving us. Once you’ve received an authorization from Fabbro Industries, LLC, you may ship the item back to us. Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved/denied. If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within 30 days. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.

Exchanges

We are proud to offer a limited lifetime warranty on certain products, including our Scuderia Fabbro® Bottle Openers. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one in accordance with this policy. Please email tmusto@fabbroindustries.com to begin the process. If you receive a damaged item that is not covered under our limited lifetime warranty, you may exchange it for a non-damaged item within 30 (thirty) days of receiving the item. Please email tmusto@fabbroindustries.com within 30 days of receiving the product to begin the process of exchange. We also acknowledge that we all make mistakes. If you ordered an incorrect product, we would be happy to exchange it for the correct item, so long as it is of equal value. Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with the exchange, and for any price differences between the original item and the replacement/exchanged item. We reserve the right to deny an exchange request if we think you are full of bologna.
